Npc efficienty fix
I changed the way npc are being loaded and read by the server and client
so we can handle many more npc's now
some of you may have noticed that the npc's next to lumbridge castle (the men to be exact) gave an error upon pickpocketing them
also bobs axe basazrd gave the error
all those errors have been fixed
if you are online at the point the server gets a restart you'll find out that the server announces every group of npc's that being loaded
and that it takes a break of 1 second between every group
this is to make sure every npc is being set on its place nice and smooth
if you find anjy bugs or errors with npc's please post it on the forums!
