New concept

I'm shortly explaining what im working on right now
I am making a program that will check if the client is up to date
if the cache is up to date
if there are any bugs
and it allows you to specify the best running conditions for it
at this moment i have a preview file for everyone to show you what it will look like
it has some things already in place, it doesn't work yet but soon the real version will come out
this file is just to let you see what kind of program im working on
